Orbitshape provides digital educational content in the form of AI-focused business guide ebooks ("Guides"). Guides are delivered as downloadable PDF files. We offer access to Guides through subscription plans (Starter, Professional, and Enterprise) as well as individual purchases.

3. Accounts and Subscriptions

To access certain features, you may need to create an account or subscribe to a plan. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

Subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but changes will not affect existing subscribers until their next renewal period. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the applicable fees.

5. License and Usage Rights

Upon purchase or subscription, Orbitshape grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Guides for your own business or personal educational purposes. You may:

• Download and store Guides on your personal devices
• Print Guides for your own use
• Reference and apply the strategies in your business

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly share the Guides
• Upload Guides to any public file-sharing platform
• Remove or alter any copyright notices or branding
• Use Guide content to create competing products or services
• Share your subscription credentials with others (except under Enterprise team seats)

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and instant delivery, all sales and subscription payments are generally final. However, if you experience a genuine issue — such as a corrupted file or duplicate charge — contact us within 7 days and we will work with you to resolve it, including issuing a refund where appropriate.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and within the Guides — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, data compilations, software, design, and layout — is the property of Orbitshape or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The Orbitshape name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Orbitshape.

We make no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or results from implementing the strategies described. The Site and Guides are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orbitshape shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Site or Guides.

11. Third-Party Services

Our Site integrates with third-party services such as Stripe for payment processing. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. Orbitshape is not responsible for the practices of third-party service providers.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site and services at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful. Upon termination, your license to access the Guides is revoked, though you may retain any PDFs already downloaded.
