Downloading Guides
After completing your purchase, you'll be redirected to a success page with a download link. Click the link to save the PDF to your device.
- Download links expire after 24 hours for security
- You can download the file multiple times while the link is active
- PDFs work on any device — computer, tablet, or phone
- No special software required beyond a standard PDF reader
Payments & Billing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly depending on your plan
- You can view and manage your subscription from your Stripe customer portal
- If a payment fails, you'll receive an email with instructions to update your details
Subscriptions
Your subscription gives you access to our guide library based on your plan tier.
- Upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime — changes take effect immediately for upgrades, or at the end of the current cycle for downgrades
- Cancel anytime with no penalties or hidden fees
- After cancellation, you retain access until the end of your paid period
- Any PDFs you've downloaded are yours to keep forever, even after cancelling
Lost Download Link
If your download link has expired or you've lost it, don't worry — we can help.
- Check your email for the original purchase confirmation
- If you can't find it, contact us with the email you used at checkout
- We'll verify your purchase and send you a fresh download link
- Active subscribers can re-download guides at any time from their account
Technical Requirements
Our guides are designed to work seamlessly across all platforms and devices.
- Guides are standard PDF files (version 1.7+)
- Compatible with Adobe Acrobat, Preview (Mac), Chrome, and any PDF reader
- Optimized for both screen reading and printing
- Average file size is 2–5 MB per guide
- The website works on all modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
Team & Enterprise
Enterprise plans include additional features for teams and organizations.
- Manage team member seats from your enterprise dashboard
- Each team member gets their own login and download access
- Admins can track team progress and guide usage
